I am writing to share an important update regarding my practice.

I will be leaving Selma Medical Associates on June 19, 2026 in order to work closer to my home. It has been a privilege to care for you, and I am truly grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years. I have nothing but positive things to say about Selma, and I will greatly miss the staff, physicians, and especially my patients.

If you choose to remain at Selma Medical Associates, you will continue to receive excellent care with my partners at Selma.

Alternatively, I will be continuing my practice with Valley Health Primary Care, beginning in mid-October. I would be happy to continue your care there if you wish.
