Vaccinations other than flu, pneumonia, and hepatitis are typically not covered by Medicare. Preventive exams other than your "Welcome to Medicare" Physical Exam are also not covered by Medicare.
Your "Welcome to Medicare" Physical Exam is a preventive visit done within the first 6 months of Part B coverage. This visit is covered by Medicare.
